Blogging anonymously
The EFF has published a guide on publishing a blog anonymously. It has some great ideas for how to deal with things, although I don’t think that most people need to be quite so obsessive. One thing I didn’t notice is the issue of NDAs. It is critical that no matter what you blog about that you do not discuss issues that you wouldn’t discuss in the general public. This seems obvious, but I’ve seen several blogs that discuss issues that I know are covered under NDA, and that only gives the company legal standing to come after you.
Blogs are still publishing.
