Customer service
Since I bought a new 4th generation iPod a few weeks ago (after the video came out, and for a discount), I need a new case for it. While my casefrom Waterfield Designs has held up great, it doesn’t have a place for the dock connector, so I decided to order a new one. I also ordered a new Sleevecase for my work notebook so it can go into any bag I want, safely.
The impressive part is exactly 11 minutes after I clicked for my order online, I get an email from them giving me the tracking number, and everything else, and letting me know that it will ship today, and should be there in 2-4 days. That is customer service.
If you’re in the market for a bag, check them out, as they are by far the best made bags around, whether messenger bags, or iPod cases. Just great stuff, and service beyond reproach.

I have to agree. I bought a waterford bag and sleeve for my Powerbook and love, love, love it!
