Treating customers correctly
Apple doesn’t always have the best reputation when it comes to taking care of their existing customers. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not abusive, but it can sometimes be somewhat exploitive and co-dependent. That’s why when Apple announced Aperture 1.1, it was great to see they had dropped the price almost in half. What’s even better is they are offering a $200 coupon to anyone who bought the first release at the original price.
Now that is the right way to behave.
