Allegro Common Lisp for free
Franz has finally released the express version of Allegro Common Lisp v8.0. Unfortunately, it still has a silly 50MB heap limit, but it’s at least enough to get your feet wet. This includes a version for MacOS X on Intel—which is what I’m using. Also, it includes AllegroCache for object persistence.
