First day
I just got home from my first day of work with the new company. Unfortunately, because I’m starting work with one of their clients immediately, I’ve skipped the normal “get to know your employer” and “here’s your notebook” phases, which has confused and complicated everyone. At least I was able to get a badge, and all my payroll paperwork done today.
Tomorrow, meetings with a customer to see just how messed up they really are.

Pretty bad, but there’s some people with the vision. As always, as a consultant, often it’s about finding the right people with the right vision and reinforcing it from the outside. We shall see!
