The Monster mash

Hillary is apparently doing the monster mash, what with Geraldine Ferraro’s latest stupidity:

“If Obama was a white man, he would not be in this position,” she continued. “And if he was a woman (of any color) he would not be in this position. He happens to be very lucky to be who he is. And the country is caught up in the concept.” Ferraro does not buy the notion of Obama as the great reconciler.

Yes, that lucky uppity negro should know his place. Seriously, what the f—- is wrong with this woman? I mean, it’s one thing to think something that racist and mind-boggling stupid, but it’s another thing entirely to think it appropriate to say it to a reporter. Seriously, what the f—-?

If Obama were a white man, he’d probably have an even bigger lead. I’m not particularly interested in what a pathetic loser of a candidate has to say about what this nation wants. It didn’t want her, that’s for sure. She continues with her “valuable insight”:

“I was reading an article that said young Republicans are out there campaigning for Obama because they believe he’s going to be able to put an end to partisanship,” Ferraro said, clearly annoyed. “Dear God! Anyone that has worked in the Congress knows that for over 200 years this country has had partisanship – that’s the way our country is.”

Right. I was just imagining all the kids who swapped parties to work for Obama. I was just imagining that TX is more in play than ever with Obama. That’s all an imagination. Or maybe Ms. Ferraro needs to up her meds and tighten the straps on her jacket.

If calling Hillary a “monster” is grounds for firing someone, then certainly this is at least as big, but then, I’m sure she’ll just pretend she’s being persecuted for being a woman, and not for being a malicious evil woman.

why is this in a smalltalk blog ?

For those paying attention, this is not a “Smalltalk blog”. It is a personal blog that often addresses issues around dynamic languages, such as Smalltalk.
