		<description>Well, I&#039;m not a fan of Notes, but it&#039;s still an improvement over Exchange, not that that&#039;s saying much. I&#039;m not sure anyone has done much effort to truly improve people&#039;s experience in a long time. As for Sametime, for me at least, it works better than anything else for what I use it for, and it also links into the internal VOIP network.</description>

What is IBM to come up with in the next decade? A bayesian spam filter?

Seriously &#039;Sometime&#039; in not 1000x better, nor useful; unless you only compare this to Notes 7. 

If you ever have a chance to use software not made by IBM it will stun you how much innovation is stifled out of IBM employees&#039; by the largest bastion of middle management left in the world.
