Project management saber rattling
In today’s status meeting, the team was “motivated” by the project manager by being told he expected everyone to work 10hrs/day, or more, 6-7 days a week or “risk losing their job”. Nice. That’ll get everyone motivated … to find another project.

Yup, same bozo Bob… this bus seems to be full of them in the PM role. Why is it so hard for someone to actually be a decent project manager? I know it’s a hard job, but so few even try. I wanted to beat him bloody with a copy of The Mythical Man Month.
